I found another way to get out of Florence, after I had unlocked all of Florence, I was walking on some docks and just fell through the map. There looked like nothing was there but Ezio was swimming as if there was water. You can keep going forever, past the map. To get back normal, reload the game. I don’t remember where it was but it was at the end of a half complete brick dock.
