This is basically like the halo sword cancel except in MW2.
Doing it is very similar to doing the kill shot/ghost shot/ silent shot or w/e you wanna call it. Basically, instead of shooting, click right stick to knife and lunge at the person then immediately pull out your throwing knife to cancel it.
