I found one. On the top deck where you’re smoked out you can jump up a ladder, onto a container then over a fence. The ladder is to the right of where you enter the top deck.

Hey, just to say there is another glitch on that map. On the top deck where you’re smoked out you can jump from a pile of beams on the floor(with a blue cover over) onto the forklift nearby. From there you can jump over the Large container crates and over the fence…it’s best to do once the final room has been breached to clear the smoke – it’s not brilliant or too easy but meh thought i’d just say it =)
