Sydney’s Ultra 10mm SMG Glitch

This glitch allows you to obtain sydney’s special smg as many times as you like, it comes with 100% condition and each is valued at 430 caps so this is basically infinite money.
I go through it slowly and let the dialog play the first time and then after that i go through it quickly a few more times to illustrate how fast it can be done
In Order to perform this Glitch:
Two conditions must be met:
1) Finish the quest stealing independence without sydney dying
2) Obtain the holotape from her dads corpse in the statesman hotel
Note: You will have to clear your cach of patches for this to work
