This glitch allows you to get stuck in the air so you can rotate your camera allowing you to perform what looks like a Breakdancing move. Below is a text tutorial as well as a Video Tutorial by standdownman.
1) Get in cover, with your camera tilted over your head.
2) Hold forward and A so that you start to climb up.
3) The second you start to climb up, Hold Back and A (This isn't like the Kung Fu Flip... You have to be climbing up before pressing this).
4) Then, your camera should spin over your shoulder. When it does this don't press your left analog stick because moving cancels the glitch. You should be on the ground next to the ledge and if you rotate your camera, you can see how crazy your character looks.
