The Multiple Shot Sniper
The multiple shot sniper lets you shoot 3 or 4 times in a row without reloading with a sniper, but it only registers it as one shot (as in you only lose one ammo). It's pretty simple to do as well.
1) Find a sniper and do a Weapon Slide to pick it up.
2) While you are sliding, shoot the sniper so that as soon as you stop sliding you get the "reload" state.
3) This is important, you must get an active reload. NOT a perfect one, an active one.
Now, you should be able to shoot 3 or 4 times, and it should only count as 1 shot (sometimes it gets a bit screwy and counts as 2). You won't have to reload any times in between the 3 or 4 shots.
