The skyDIVER is one of the most unique exploits inside Gears of War. This glitch allows you to actually Skydive as the name refers to, you will fall from the sky, the map visible below, and you can guide yourself as you land, to reach new parts on a map, it can also be used to perform the Extreme Roadie Run, or you can continue skyDIVING as long as you wish by the 4Ever skyDIVER. There are a good number of methods to perform this glitch, I will review all out so far.
The Methods
2 Man skyDIVER

1) Mount truck (known skyDIVING spot) by holding forward+A
2) Then hold left or right (doesn't matter)
3) Let go of A and then let go of joystick (prevents falling off truck.)
4) Have someone melee melee you from the back
Self skyDIVER
1) Mount truck (known skyDIVING spot) by holding forward+A
2) Then hold left or right (doesn't matter)
3) Let go of A and then let go of joystick (prevents falling off truck.)
5) Wait 2 minutes and 15 seconds then press B, roll back, then hold forward+A.
Gridlock skyDIVER (works on second truck, see video for exact location)
1) Take cover on left edge of the bed of the truck like you see in the video.
2 Let go of joystick so you are not pressing any direction
3) Then, tap B, A, B, A
