Description: You climb over and are sling shotted along the poll. Your length is dependant on the length of the object. Thanks to Chubbs1 for the help.
3) Push left or right and hold A. You will lag along the poll
4) When at the edge, jump over. Done!
Ps: Also, if you want to do the glitch over and over without having to do the no crosshairs glitch over and over. Just, when you do it, remember which way your guy was facing on cover (Left or Right) Then when you get back on cover make sure he is still looking in that same direction.
