You can go to the safe house and shut the door, but the tanks still come and if you’re in the safe house, they can magically hit through walls. But my friends and I have found that if you’re on the tarp that’s on one of the fences when the tank comes and he hits you in the right direction, it will send you over the fence where tanks can’t go. But be careful, the spitter goo randomly appears when you stay in the same spot.
