Use a Car to Climb up walls in Saints Row.

Get a Cop Car and drive along a flat wall. This may be hard to find but is possible. Once the wheel starts going up wall push the left analog stick towards the wall and Drive towards the top of the Wall. Make sure the drivers side is towards the Roof then Jump out of Car at the Top of the Wall.
