Supplies: Glider, Katana, Gust,and Teleport.
In the basement where the big round machine is take your pistol out and glide on it. Crouch down, wait a while, and walk in. This might takes a couple tries.

Could we get a video demonstration or at least a little more specifics? I can’t figure it out from this because it’s too vague.
