What You Do Is Go On Multiplayer Then Go Into Playstation Network. Scroll Down To Playercard And Click On It. Then Go Down To Community And Open That Up A List Of Films Should Come Up Go Accross To Custom Games And There Will Be A List Of Game Modes.
Click On One Of Those And There You Have It. Some Of Those Dont Work But Some Do, I Got Gold Guns And Super Speed So Try It Out.

That is not a mod… You can do that in private match gametype options/settings
