Heres the tutorial

1) Get shotgun out

2) Stand on frags and Press Up on theD Pad and X ,

3) Put the grenades back

4) Pick them up again , you wont be able to pick them up ,

5) Throw all the grenades , change to a weapon and try to pick up any gun and you’ll see.
